Jeff has worked in public relations, marketing and sales for over 30 years. The majority of his experience encompasses both in-house and external consulting for travel and lifestyle firms. He has assumed leadership roles in the airline industry and has worked with both small- and large-scale hotels and residences.
His experience with the government sector involves public relations for the Tourism Authority of Thailand and various promotional campaigns for Canada, the United States, Italy, Grenada, the Seychelles, the Maldives and Dubai.
In 1991 Jeff was invited to set up and manage the European Sales and Marketing office for Thailand’s leading domestic hotel group, The Imperial Family of Hotels. The sale of the Group in 1994 ultimately led to the formation of Bacall PR.
Flora has nearly 20 years experience working in PR, covering sectors as diverse as fashion, beauty, travel, restaurants and bars and interiors.
She cut her teeth with clients in the luxury and lifestyle arenas, including jeweller Theo Fennell; retailer Planet Organic; the first ever men-only spa, The Refinery in Mayfair; Rocco Forte’s collections of European hotels and spas and later restaurant brands such as Yo! Sushi and Carluccio’s Caffés. She also spearheaded UK initiative National Spa Week.
Flora’s passion for travel means she has visited most continents, and returns regularly to her native Lake Como in Italy. Flora graduated with Honours from UCL and is fluent in French and Italian.
Following his graduation from the University of Birmingham in 2000 with a BA Honours degree in Medieval Studies, Nat joined pharmaceuticals giant, Merck Sharp and Dohme, gaining invaluable experience as a front-line contact for media and public communications.
With a keen interest in travel, Nat moved to Bacall PR in 2001, continuing to expand his media experience, and building his knowledge of the travel industry and extensive travel contacts. Now, as an Account Director, Nat combines 10 years’ experience with great creative flair, taking a hands-on media relations role, generating and implementing creative ideas across the portfolio and supervising client programmes.
Kerry is an ambitious and outgoing 1st class honours marketing graduate and joins Bacall after working for a boutique luxury travel PR agency where she enjoyed utilising her varied PR experience and first-hand travel and tourism experience. She has a great interest in branding- her dissertation focused on how consumers engage with brands and how to enhance this relationship, is passionate about the importance of social media within PR and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest travel, lifestyle and social media trends.
Kerry gained her marketing degree from the prestigious London College of Fashion. During her time studying she gained valuable experience working with brands such as Selfridges and Fred Perry, organised newcomer Tom Lipop’s inaugural London Fashion Week show and assisted PR agency Trace Publicity on the organisation and execution of three press days.
After graduating Kerry headed off to Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Returning to the UK 15 months later with a culturally enhanced CV that then read- fashion graduate, deckhand for a tall ship sailing around the Whitsunday Islands and dairy farm hand amongst other jobs stereotypical to the backpacking lifestyle. It was at this stage that the travel bug well and truly set in for Kerry and she returned to pursue a career in the travel PR sector.
Sarah joined Bacall PR after one and a half years working for a prestigious London agency where she kickstarted her career in travel PR. She graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA (Hons) in Human Geography, after spending a month travelling in South East Asia as part of her degree.
Sarah’s passion for travel and adventure has evolved from her extensive holidays from an early age and she has been fortunate to explore over 40 countries. Always up for a challenge, Sarah has trekked through the Indian Himalayas to summit Stok Kangri, successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for charity, back-packed around Australia and Europe and continues to indulge her love for diving as a PADI qualified diver by participating in marine biology research programs.
Kate comes from a beauty PR background, but decided to follow her real passion and move into the travel sector.
An adventurer at heart, she once took a year out to experience Parisian life and since travels whenever possible, writing as an occasional travel contributor for online lifestyle magazine StyleNest.
Kate is passionate about meeting people from all walks of life and exploring new cultures.
Russian born Tatiana’s passion for travel began while still at uni, during a trip to London when she fell in love with its cultural richness, spirit of freedom and diversity.
